At Foxy Fit Studios we offer a wide variety of fun, foxy and fitness classes including ZUMBA, Pole Fitness, Stiletto Fitness, Chair Dance, Polga (Pole/Yoga), Hip Hop & Kickboxing!

Zumba®

Join the PARTY! Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™. This class integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning.

Pole Fitness

Intro and advanced pole fitness class that is designed to work and strengthen your core muscles. This is a medium to high intensity class that introduces cardio and pole. This class may also incorporate  free weights into some routines.

Intro to Pole

Never taken a pole class before? Be prepared for a good work out. You will work muscle that you never knew you had! This class is designed to train you on the basic hold, spins, and transitions of pole dancing. You will learn how to support yourself on the pole, basic holds and spins, walking, and how to get in touch with your inner Foxy! Pole dancing is more difficult than it looks…but SO much fun!

Stiletto Fitness

Is designed for beginners or advanced. Gain great fitness benefits from working out in a pair of your favorite high heels. This workout gives you a little bit of cardio and helps you tone many areas of your body. Feel free to take the routines home or show them off at your next social outing.

Sexy Chair Dance

Beginners Welcomed! Learn routines that will be fun and easy to take home and show off to your special someone. This is a class where you are encouraged to be and dress sexy. Wear your sexiest heels, bring a man’s button down shirt & a tie or scarf…. as you are sure to break a sweat.

Polga (Pole/Yoga)

What a perfect combination. A mix of pole fitness and yoga. Polga takes moves from pole fitness and combines them with yoga poses. This is a fun, dynamic workout that uses the pole for strengthening, stability, and alignment.

Hip Hop

Up beat, fun, choreographed routines. Take this class with one of the best in the industry. You will learn the latest dance moves that you can use on your next night out on the town or while just dancing at home in the mirror.

Kickboxing

Great Calorie Burning Workout! Intense, but fit for beginners as well. Do this class with or with boxing gloves. No matter what, you will fell the burn and see the results.
